Jōshō-ji Temple is a Jodo Shinshu Buddhist temple nestled quietly deep in the mountains, surrounded by nature. Its historic main hall and the peaceful, tranquil atmosphere deeply impress many visitors. It's also known as one of the few Jodo Shinshu temples where you can receive a Goshuin (temple seal). While a car is recommended for access, walking is possible but takes time and involves many uphill slopes, so caution is advised. Interactions with the head priest and his wife also seem to be a memorable experience for visitors.
