Toden-in is a historic Zen Buddhist temple founded by the Chiba clan. It has a serene atmosphere that brings peace of mind, and a rare sight of Kannon statues enshrined on gravestones can be seen. It has a history of being favored by cultural figures and continues to be a hub for art and culture, hosting classes like tea ceremony and sutra copying, as well as concerts. You can also receive a goshuin (temple seal).
