Ogori Kankaseki Park, the site of the Chikugo Provincial Government from the late 7th century to the Heian period, is a designated National Historic Site. While no buildings have been reconstructed, the post foundations and building bases are preserved, allowing visitors to imagine the vast administrative center of the time. As a well-maintained park, it's suitable for a stroll while reflecting on history. Parking is available, but it can get full as it's also used by local residents.
