This unique ramen, based on a rich chicken paitan broth but lightened with yuzu pepper and grated daikon, is very popular. The chashu pork and seasoned egg are also high quality, and the 'makunai-don' (staff meal rice bowl) is satisfying. All the staff are energetic and provide polite service. It's lively even late at night and has a clean atmosphere.
