The Ishi-dakikaya is a large Kaya tree in Shirakawa, Suma Ward, Kobe, designated as a local historic site. It's characterized by a stone embedded in its trunk, and the surrounding area features stone monuments, Buddhist statues, Jizo statues, and shrines. It's also affectionately known as the 'Tree of Kobe Citizens' and has been cherished by local residents for a long time. It was once part of the 'Path of Sun and Green' and used as a walking trail, but some sections appear to be closed off. It's a place to feel the grandeur of nature and history, but there are no specific attractions or services as an entertainment facility.
