This bakery uses domestic ingredients and local wheat to offer safe and secure bread. Croissants, milkフランス, and curry bread are particularly popular. Their Stollen won a national competition. While prices are slightly high, many find them justifiable given the quality of ingredients and taste. Bread is often available even in the afternoon, but can sell out by evening.
