The cherry blossom path next to the Shibajima Water Treatment Plant is a spot where you can enjoy a roughly 460m-long row of cherry trees stretching from Sozenji Station towards Awaji Station. It's less crowded than the Mint Bureau, allows for casual visits and eating/drinking (fire strictly prohibited). It's free, with toilets and trash cans available. While some mention the view being marred by elevated construction, it's a place to enjoy cherry blossoms in an at-home atmosphere, much like local residents do.
