The low-temperature cooked pork sashimi is exquisite, and the liver and tongue sashimi are on another level. The grilled pork is juicy without any gamey smell, characterized by its sweet fat. Tsukune (meatball) with egg yolk is also popular. Prices are reasonable, and considering the volume and quality, the cost performance is high.
