Wakaichi-Oji Shrine, dedicated to Amaterasu Omikami and Prince Ikeda, is a former prefectural shrine. Visitors find its fortunes accurate and calming, and appreciate its serene atmosphere, indicating it's cherished by the locals. The unique tails of the guardian dogs in front of the main hall are also noted. However, some find the parking small, and the Yatagarasu carvings on the approach were hard to find. The 'Okagura' festival seems not open to the public.
