Tanbi-yaki Jiro is praised for its delicious chicken dishes and seafood, including chicken sashimi, grilled liver, kama-meshi (pot rice), seared mackerel, and tataki (seared) bonito. The yakitori, served with less salt and customizable to preference, is particularly popular. The course meals also seem to be highly satisfying.
