This Pollo Tropical has an exceptional employee, Israel, but recurring issues with food quality (undercooked/dry/overcooked chicken, hard yucca) and poor service from other staff (rudeness, errors, forgotten items). Late hours and some dishes are appreciated, but inconsistency is a problem.
